About Douglas Baker:

Douglas Baker is a licensed social worker and Kripalu Yoga Teacher. He is the founder of Cambridge Mind Body, a holistic counseling practice in Cambridge Massachusetts, and of Well Beings Retreats, where he guides clients on individual counseling- and mindfulness-based retreats. He is the author of Five-Minute Mindfulness: Walking. He is a former clinician of the Psychiatric Emergency Service at Cambridge Hospital and currently on the Board of Directors of the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy.

He has a master’s degree in social work from Salem State University and an undergraduate degree in Comparative Government from Harvard University.
